I am a Reader (equivalent to tenure-track assistant professor) at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research-Centre for Applicable Mathematics. My research lies at the interface of mathematical physics, combinatorics, geometry and probability. Recently, I have been working on statistical mechanics, discrete integrable systems, total positivity and discrete differential geometry.
I received my PhD from Brown University in 2020 advised by Rick Kenyon. I was a Postdoctoral Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan from 2020 to 2023 where my mentor was David Speyer, a Hedrick Assistant Adjunct Professor at UCLA from 2023 to 2025 where my mentor was Pavel Galashin, and a Postdoctoral Associate at MIT from 2025 to 2026 where my mentor was Alexei Borodin.
